Match Fit Academy Mercer coach since 2018, assisting both the 2005 & 2006 teams over the past six seasons. Head Coach of the Match Fit Academy Mercer 2008 team in August of 2021. Former Division 1 athlete; Owner and operator of a personal training business for the past 10 years.


ACE Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in Behavior Change, Fitness Nutrition, Functional Training, Sports Conditioning and Weight Management.


Head Coach for 2008 Boys ECNL.
