St. Louis, MO – MatchFit Academy Shore teams made a statement at the ECNL - St. Louis event held from September 13-15, 2024. Both the Shore 2011G ECNL-RL and the Shore 2013G Pre-ECNL teams achieved perfect records, going a combined 6-0-0 with a impressive 18-5 goal differential.
The MFA Shore 2011G ECNL-RL team started strong, defeating Sporting Iowa ECNL G11 with a convincing 3-0 win. They followed up with a 3-1 victory over KC Fusion ECNL RL G11 and capped the weekend with a 2-0 shutout against FC Wisconsin ECNL G11.
Meanwhile, the MFA Shore 2013G Pre-ECNL squad also impressed, beginning their weekend by edging a tough DKSC Pre-ECNL side 2-1. the group continued their dominant form with a 4-2 victory over Eclipse Select SC Pre-ECNL and sealed the event with a 4-1 win against Midwest United FC Pre-ECNL.
